Senior Executive - Graphic Designer
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Create static and motion ads for platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube etc
- Turn marketing briefs into clear, eye-catching ad designs that drive clicks and conversion
- Work with marketing teams to understand target audience and campaign goals
- Make multiple versions of ads for testing different ideas (hooks, visuals, formats)
- Keep brand look consistent while focusing on performance
- Design banners, thumbnails, and short promotional creatives
- Deliver creatives quickly for fast-moving ad campaigns
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design (preferably ads or digital marketing)
- Strong portfolio with ad designs that improved performance (clicks, conversions, etc.)
- Good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic After Effects (preferred)
