As our Assistant Manager - Brand, you'll be at the helm of this journey — leading campaigns, crafting category narratives, and ensuring we show up meaningfully in every scroll, shelf, and conversation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Development
- Develop and execute integrated brand strategies to build equity and drive top-line growth
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital, offline, and retail touchpoints
- Craft compelling consumer journeys through innovative storytelling, content creation, and GTM (go-to-market) strategies
2. Digital Marketing & Performance Management
- Oversee and optimize performance across SEO, SEM, email, paid media, and social platforms
- Analyze campaign data to improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and increase retention and AOV
- Collaborate with in-house and agency teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns
3. Product & Category Management
- Conduct consumer and market analysis to guide product development and positioning
- Plan and execute product launches and assortment strategies, including pricing and bundling
- Own demand forecasting and inventory planning for category success
4. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers and partners to drive brand visibility and credibility
- Develop influencer-led campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Maintain strong relationships with external collaborators and cross-functional teams
5. Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report key brand KPIs including engagement, market share, brand health, and profitability
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends and competitor activity
- Drive innovation through experimentation and data-driven insights
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5–7 years of brand or marketing experience in consumer products, D2C, or digital-first brands
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and campaign analytics
- Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns, media buying, and digital performance
- Ability to translate consumer insights into creative brand actions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, CRM/email platforms, and eCommerce analytics
- Experience with wellness, skincare, or healthcare brands is a strong plus
