Regional Trainer- North
Job Description:

backed, efficacy-driven skincare and personal care products tailored to Indian skin concerns
and climate conditions. The company was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Mumbai,
India.
Role Overview:
The Regional Trainer – North is responsible for building the capability of Beauty Advisors (BAs),
Sales Officers (SOs) and retail teams across North India. The role ensures consistent product
knowledge, selling skills, grooming standards, customer experience and launch readiness while
driving training compliance, LMS completion, reporting and field coaching across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the training calendar and capability-building plan for the North region.
Travel extensively across North India to conduct classroom, virtual and on-the-job training.
Support new store launches, BA onboarding and festive/product launch readiness.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers, ASMs and Sales Officers to improve retail capability.
Training Delivery:
Deliver induction, refresher and launch training for BAs, SOs and retail partners.
Train on Product Knowledge, Selling Skills, Customer Consultation, Grooming, SOPs and
Customer Experience.
Conduct field coaching and provide structured feedback.
LMS & Massist Documentation
Upload and maintain training content on LMS and Massist.
Track attendance, certifications, assessments and completion.
Maintain regional training records and documentation.
Track BA quality.
Reporting & Analytics
Publish weekly/monthly MIS on training coverage, quiz scores, LMS completion,
certifications and coaching visits.
Track action plans for low-performing stores/BAs/SOs and follow through to closure.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Sales, HR, Marketing to execute capability initiatives across North India.
Skills & Experience
3–6 years in retail/L&D, preferably beauty, cosmetics or FMCG.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, Excel, PowerPoint and LMS skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within North India.
