Foxtale is a fast-growing D2C skincare brand focused on science-backed, performance-driven products. The Senior Executive – HRBP (Offline Sales) will act as the primary HR point of contact for the Offline Sales team. This role will support the employee lifecycle end-to-end—ranging from hiring and onboarding to engagement, grievance handling, and exits—while working closely with sales leadership and central HR teams to ensure smooth people operations and strong employee experience on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

Hiring & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Offline Sales roles in coordination with hiring managers and TA teams

• Drive offer rollouts, documentation, and joining coordination

• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners, including HR systems orientation

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances

• Support performance management processes, confirmations, and role transitions

• Handle employee movements, transfers, and internal coordination

Engagement & Culture

• Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to the Offline Sales workforce

• Support leadership in implementing engagement, retention, and morale-building activities

• Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing company values and HR policies
