Role Overview

We are seeking a high-potential individual to join the Founder's Office – Category Team. This is not a conventional role; it's built for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and category building. You will work as a thought partner to the founder, driving initiatives that shape the company's future while owning outcomes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to design and implement category roadmaps aligned with the company vision.
• Own the top 3–5 category-level problems end to end — including growth, margin, supply, NPD, and velocity.
• Break ambiguous founder-level questions into clear problem statements and actionable paths.
• Drive decisions with data and speed. Act as the founder's thinking partner on category bets, white spaces, and trade-offs.

Ideal Candidate Background:

• Engineering or Chartered Accountant
• Up to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, startups, or category management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguity.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making and proficiency in analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
