As a Key Account Manager specializing in marketplaces, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with key marketplace partners to drive revenue growth and enhance our brand presence across various online platforms (Amazon,Myntra, Meesho & Flipkart) . Your primary responsibilities will include:
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key marketplace partners, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges
Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing marketplace partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for expanding product offerings, increasing visibility, and maximizing sales potential.
Performance Analysis: Analyze marketplace performance metrics, including sales data, traffic trends, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and optimize our presence on each platform.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with marketplace partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals and objectives. Manage contracts and agreements effectively to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to align marketplace strategies with overall business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Product and Content Optimization: Work closely with product teams to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and content presentation on marketplace platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Customer Experience: Monitor and address customer feedback and issues on marketplace platforms, ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for all customers.
