Job Overview:
We are looking for a Manager who owns both sides of the MT function —
account relationships and the operational and analytical engine behind them.
This is a dual-charter role. You are the day-to-day face of Foxtale at key offline
MT accounts — driving sell-in, managing relationships at the buying and
operations level, and ensuring every commercial commitment lands on the
ground. Alongside this, you own the analytics and operational backbone —
dashboards, reporting, PO management, and execution tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management & Relationships
• Own day-to-day relationships with key MT accounts across pharmacy
and modern trade chains
• Drive sell-in conversations — new SKU listings, range expansions, and
seasonal planogram updates
• Negotiate and coordinate promotional calendars, visibility slots, and in
store activations with account teams
• Ensure all commercial commitments — schemes, discounts, marketing
spends — are tracked, executed, and compliant
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
2. Sales Analytics & Reporting
• Own the MT analytics layer — sell-out dashboards, SKU velocity, MoM
trends, and account-wise offtake tracking
• Run weekly and monthly performance reports across all accounts; surface
clear insights and recommendations
• Track sales team productivity — coverage, target vs. actuals, and
account-wise contribution
• Analyse data to identify distribution gaps, underperforming SKUs, and
growth whitespaces across accounts.
3. Account Operations & Daily Execution
• Own end-to-end PO processing — from raise to fulfilment, coordinating
with supply chain to ensure zero delays
• Monitor SKU availability across accounts — proactively flag OOS risks
and drive replenishment
• Track and enforce discounting and scheme adherence at account level
• Coordinate marketing actionables — in-store activations, visibility
installations, planogram compliance — ensuring on-time execution
• Ensure timely manning coverage at key accounts in coordination with
relevant teams.
4. Distribution & Shelf Presence
• Maintain an updated view of listed vs. delisted SKUs across all MT
accounts
• Monitor shelf share, planogram compliance, and share of visibility at key
outlets
• Identify and close distribution gaps across accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of Modern Trade experience in an FMCG / consumer goods
company
Strong analytical skills — Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for
dashboards, sell-out tracking, and performance reporting
• Structured and process-oriented — builds trackers, SOPs, and reporting
cadences without being asked
